TUFF STUFF GRP Roofing System

What is GRP?

Glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), is a composite material or fibre-reinforced polymer made of a plastic reinforced by fine fibers made of glass. Like carbon fiber reinforced plastic, the composite material is commonly referred to by the name of its reinforcing fibres (fiberglass).

What are the benefits of using GRP?

  • Customers can confidently expect a lifetime of leak-free, maintenance-free protection from their TuffStuff installation.

  • The extremely hard wearing structure can tolerate foot traffic and resists attack from UV light.

  • Has no seems or joints.

  • Available in a choice of attractive colours including: Moroccan Sand, Manor Grey, Sienna Red, Urban Green, Brownstone, Pavillion Green and Grey Slate.

  • The longevity of TuffStuff eliminates the cost and energy consumed by the manufacture of inferior systems which require repair or replacement at regular intervals.

  • TuffStuff can be used on sloping roofs, green roofs, balconies and even in pools, ponds and water tanks.

  • GRP can adapt to existing or new features such as parapet walls, skylights, vent pipes, sunpipes and balustrade.

  • Support systems for solar panels or air conditioning vents can also be integrated either during or after installation.
