Do Navigation Supply's prices include VAT?

No, all our prices exclude VAT. VAT is charged at the standard rate (Currently 20.00%).

 


Are online prices the same as in-store?

Yes; if any prices are shown on our website, they will be the same in-store.

 


Which cards do you accept?

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, including American Express.



 


Can I get a VAT receipt?

Yes, all purchase orders are issued with a VAT receipt with all the relevant information on.

 

 

Can my order be paid for on delivery of the goods?

Yes, you can pay the driver with cash or cheque. Alternatively you can call and pay over the phone for your goods with any of the cards listed above.

 

 

Will I be contacted before delivery?

When you have placed your order, a time will be confirmed with you then. If you require us to call you before delivery, that can be arranged.

 

 

Will your drivers carry the goods inside my property?
Our drivers will do all they can to assist you, although in some circumstances, this is not possible.
 

 

Can I order through the website?

At present, our e-commerce website is under construction, so this is not possible; although you can call a member of our friendly team and order this way.
 


How can I open a credit account with you?

Simply print off an application form, and either fax or email it to us or drop it off in-store. CLICK HERE for an application form.
