Frostproofer & Rapid Hardener
A high performance building chemical that increases frost resistance and accelerates setting time of cements by improving the rate of hydration. Specially developed for brick laying and rendering, etc. at low and sub-zero temperatures. Added to the mix, this product will improve workability and increase the resistance to water penetration.
Integral Waterproofer
3 in 1 formulation: waterproofs, plasticises and retards. A high strength cement waterproofer for internal and external rendering, roof screeds, swimming pools, tanks, retaining walls, basement walls and reservoirs. Improves workability and plasticity of concrete and mortar in the wet state and resists water penetration even under pressure.
Liquid Mortar Plasticiser
A chemically balanced plasticiser, based on synthetic air entraining agents, designed to improve workability of bricklaying and plastering mortars and increase their resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. Reduces the risk of cracking and crazing and the need for lime.
SBR Admixture
A styrene butadiene copolymer latex, which increases flexibility of cement screeds and mortars and improves water and chemical resistance and durability. Suitable for internal and external floors and rendering in areas of continual or intermittent water and chemical contact. Reduces shrinkage and cracking when repairing floor screeds.
Stabilizing Solution
A white, ready-to-use, water based treatment for bonding and priming surfaces prior to painting and decorating. Suitable for interior and exterior use and can be applied to damp surfaces. Stabilises poor surfaces, seals and binds chalky or weathered areas, gives a sound base for decorating and is quick drying.

PVA Bond
A high performance sealer, primer, dust-proofer and bonding agent. Improves adhesion and reduces cracking in cements and plaster. Primes and seals porous surfaces. Quick drying, durable and has a very high bond strength.

Forever White
Forever White is a superior silicone sealant that is permanantly waterproof and flexible and ideal for sealing: shower bases and cubicles, wetrooms, around baths , sinks and basins. It is also ideal for use in kitchens and utility rooms and for sealing around window and door frames.

115 GP Building Mastic
115 GP Building Mastic is a traditional oil based pointing mastic that provides an effective weatherproof seal. Typically used to seal composite sectional panels and low movement vertical building joints.

125 One Hour Caulk
125 One Hour Caulk is a fast drying flexible decorators filler and sealant that remains permanantly flexible. Can be overpainted with most paint types, or covered over with wallpaper; no sanding down is required.
200 Contractors LMA Silicone
Contract grade acetoxy cure silicone sealant. For general glazing, weatherproofing, sanitary and gap sealing applications. Quick curing, mould resistant.

450 Builders Silicone
125 One Hour Caulk is a fast drying flexible decorators filler and sealant that remains permanantly flexible. Can be overpainted with most paint types, or covered over with wallpaper; no sanding down is required.
500 Bath & Sanitary Silicone
500 Bath & Sanitary Silicone is a premium quality high modulus acetoxy cure silicone sealant that contains a high level of powerful anti-fungal compound. Typically used in areas of high humidity, such as bathrooms and kitchens.

General Purpose Silicone
General Purpose Silicone is a high modulus silicone sealant that adheres to most smooth and non-porus materials. Contains anti-fungal compound to prevent mould growth in areas of high humidity. Forms a permanantly flexible rubber seal.

Heat Mate Sealant
Heat Mate Sealant is a high modulus permanantly flexible 100% silicone which is temperature resistant up to 300 degrees. Ideal for sealing industrial and high performance gaskets, oven doors etc.
Weather Mate Sealant
Weather Mate Sealant is a multi-use sealant based on an advanced isoacrylic formula that provides the ultimate in sealant technology for adhesion to all surfaces. It can be applied in wet weather, to wet surfaces, even under water. Adheres to many surfaces such as bitumen, lead, galvanised steel and roofing felt.
